Overview and official list of marine circulars issued by the Mongolia Ship Registry.

Mongolia Marine circulars are issued and updated regularly to inform the shipping communities of Mongolia Ship Registry's Policy and national requirements pertaining to marine safety issues and other related matters as a supplement to that which, are not otherwise addressed in details by the Mongolia Maritime Regulations, rules and Sea Exploitation Law.

The Birth of the Mongolia Ship Registry (MSR) is one of the many projects the country has undertaken to improve the investment and economy of the country. It will contribute to the development of the Marine Transport in Mongolia and connect Mongolia into the global maritime transportation network.
