Mortgage Registration
Procedure for registering a mortgage on a Mongolian vessel.
The mortgage of a Mongolian vessel or any share therein may be recorded in the register as soon as the ship is provisionally registered. The procedure is as follows:
- Submission of the Mortgage Deed and Mortgage Agreement to the Registry
- Registry confirms provisional time accepted for registration
- Upon receipt of fees and original mortgage instrument, the mortgage will be endorsed with date/time as stated in the second point
